My Color Season is a web tool for seasonal color analysis. You upload a selfie or answer a short quiz, and the site tells you your color season and its key colors for free. If you pay, it unlocks a full report with your exact type out of the 12, a 36-color palette, colors to avoid, makeup, hair and jewelry guidance, an outfit color checker and a printable color card. Results are style suggestions, not professional, medical or cosmetic advice.

When you upload a photo, your browser shrinks it and sends it once to our server, which passes it to Google's Gemini model on Google Cloud (Vertex AI). The model reads the colors of your skin, hair and eyes and suggests a season. The photo is not stored. The tool only judges colors: it does not identify people and does not estimate age, gender, ethnicity or anything else about you. Light, filters and camera settings change how colors look in a photo, so a result can be wrong; we show a confidence level and the next closest type.

The site is for adults, 18 or older. It isn't made for children, and children shouldn't use it. Upload only photos of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed to it. The privacy policy explains what happens to your photo and your results.

You must not:

• upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos of children;
• upload nude, sexual, violent or illegal images;
• try to use the tool to identify people, judge their appearance or infer their ethnicity, health or other sensitive traits;
• get around the free limits, the human check or the rate limits, for example with scripts or many devices;
• try to break, overload or copy the site, or resell its results as your own service.

If you come across a report on this site that uses your photo or your name without your agreement, or any other misuse, please report it to hello@mycolorseason.app. Put "Report" in the subject and include the report link and what is wrong. You don't need to have bought anything to report a problem. We acknowledge reports within 2 working days and handle them within 5 working days: we may delete the report, cancel the code used for it and block the device or network that made it. If something appears illegal, we may pass it to the authorities. If we act on a report about something you made and you think we got it wrong, reply to our email to appeal.

• Finding your season is free within the daily limits, with no account.
• A full report costs $4.99 and three reports cost $9.99. Each is a one-time payment; there is no subscription and nothing renews.
• The price is the one on the pricing page when you buy. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects reports you've already paid for.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), which takes your payment details under its own terms and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
• Your code works only on this website and can't be exchanged for cash.

An unlocked report isn't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. An unlock that fails because of a fault on our side isn't counted against your code. The full rules are in our refund policy.

We keep the results of an unlocked report (your type, the colors read from your photo and a short explanation, but never the photo) for up to 400 days so your report link keeps working. Download the color card if you want to keep it longer. Anyone with a report link can open it, so only share it with people you trust; report pages are hidden from search engines. Email us to delete a report sooner.

The site is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or error-free, or that a result will match what a human color consultant would say. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as clothes or makeup you buy based on a result. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim, or USD 10 if you haven't paid anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
